As we step into a new year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable journey we've had at Waylay over the past year. It has been a year of innovation, growth, and accomplishment, and we are excited to share some highlights with you.

1. Advancements in Generative AI for Automation:

One of our key focus areas over the past year has been leveraging generative AI for automation to enhance efficiency and productivity. One area where this transformation is particularly noticeable is in the realm of troubleshooting and technical support. Traditionally, case management tools have been the go-to solution for handling these issues, but a new wave of intelligent bots, armed with machine manuals and real-time machine data, is poised to revolutionize the troubleshooting process. 2. Accelerating the Journey to TechCo for Telecom Companies:

Acknowledging the need expressed by many CSPs to accelerate the adoption of a cloud-native, API-focused and AI-ready technology stack that supports a fast roll-out of new services and concepts, together with the essential role played by orchestration within this context, we have joined TM Forum as a full member. This step enables us to better serve our telecom customers and partners on their journey towards becoming tech-driven telcos, by aligning our hyper-automation product offering with the well established and recognized concepts of the Forum's Open Digital Architecture. And, to further pursue our goals in end-to-end service orchestration, 2024 will see us engaging in IMEC and industry-driven research projects focused on Open-RAN and API orchestration combined with the use of AI technologies.

3. Predictive Maintenance Solutions:

Our commitment to predictive maintenance remains unwavering. Over the past year, we have continued to refine and expand our predictive maintenance solutions, empowering our clients to proactively manage their assets, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance schedules. In collaboration with our partner Salesforce, we have closed several big Enterprise accounts and we have delivered unprecedented benefits to our clients. The integration of Waylay automation technology, together with advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms has been instrumental in predicting equipment failures before they occur, resulting in substantial cost savings for our clients. 4. New Product Launch: FraudAway: Fraud Prevention in Finance

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest product tailored for the finance market, a comprehensive Fraud Prevention solution - FraudAway. FraudAway offers a groundbreaking solution for finance with a hyperautomation platform that harmonizes rule-based systems with AI/ML capabilities. In response to the evolving landscape of financial threats, our team has developed a state-of-the-art system that combines advanced machine learning, anomaly detection, and real-time monitoring to identify and prevent fraudulent activities in the domain of AML, card frauds and insurance frauds. 

This product underscores our commitment to providing robust solutions that safeguard the financial interests of our clients.

5. Expending partnership ecosystem and new customer wins

In 2023, we witnessed significant strides in expanding our ecosystem, marking a pivotal year for Waylay. Noteworthy additions to the Waylay customer base include prominent names such as AGCO, Atlas Copco, Tetra Pak, and more.

We have also achieved a successful product launch on the AWS Marketplace, amplifying our reach and accessibility. Concurrently, we strengthened our product portfolio through collaborative partnership with Salesforce, elevating our offerings with new capabilities in our DT offer. Finally, within the finance sector, our partnership with Capgemini bore fruit as we jointly introduced an innovative solution, underscoring our commitment to cutting-edge advancements in the industry. The year 2023 stands as a testament to our dedication to innovation, strategic collaborations, and sustained growth.
